  • Help you negotiate with the candidate and act as your advocate and liaison.
     
  • Follow up with you once you’ve hired the candidate, to ensure that you are thrilled.
     
  • Never, ever solicit any of your employees for positions outside your company. That’s just wrong.
     
  • Understand that when we are recruiting for you, we represent you. We behave as if we are an extension of your organization to uphold your reputation and image.
